The 13rd POG Meeting will be focused on “Reactive Oxygen and Nitrogen Species in Plants: Emerging Roles in Plant Form and Function”. A glorious ancient city stands beside it, Ephesus with hundreds of thousands of visitors from tours each year. House of the Virgin Mary, which is visited by thousands of pilgrims around the World is also located vicinity of Ephesus. The town is only 80 kilometers from the International Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. Numerous holiday villages and hotels line its shores and hundreds of restaurants serve food from all around the world and, of course, Turkish Cuisine, which is famous throughout the world. During the conference it will also be possible to take daily tours to nearby touristic and historical places such as Pergamon, Pamukkale and Didyma. There will also be pre-and post-conference tours to Cappadocia, Antalya, Bodrum and Istanbul. Collectively, this will provide a dynamic interface of a high level conference together with a wonderful venue, facilitating a scientifically fruitful and socially enjoyable meeting.
